Calling the team

Calling the team. That’s what happens when you are unable to wait another day without climbing…
So, do the same! Just call your friends or those persons you are use to take to your new adventures and go for new experiences.
But first, a little rest… physically and mentally, don’t forget that your body is a whole (rest, eat healthy food, practice yoga, meditation or mindfulness and start the day energized).
